Terms of Trade

These Terms of Trade govern all purchases made through domyhair.eu. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Orders: All orders are confirmed via email. Payment is made by bank transfer to the account specified in the confirmation email. Orders ship within 3–5 business days after payment.

Returns: Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Shipping: Standard shipping within Czech Republic is free for orders over 3,000 CZK. EU shipping rates vary by country — contact us for details.
